It is with deep sadness that Epworth Eastern confirmed the death of cardiothoracic surgeon, Mr Patrick Pritzwald-Stegmann, at The Alfred. As widely reported earlier in June, Patrick, who was 41, suffered critical injuries during an incident with a member of the public at Box Hill Hospital on 30 May.
